Both these teams have been less than inspiring this season. The Bulls dealt away Zach LaVine at the trade deadline, leaving them without their leading scorer from the season. Meanwhile, the Suns still have their expensive trio of Durant, Beal and Booker yet have underachieved badly, which is why they are in the basement of the Pacific Division. Still, in this one, Phoenix is a more talented team than Chicago at this stage of the year, even on the road. The Suns have won nine straight meetings and given how the Bulls have sputtered of late, you have to fade them at this point. Take Phoenix on the road as they pick up a much needed victory here.
