The Bradley Braves take on the Auburn Tigers in the Cancun Challenge. Bradley comes into the game at 3-1 while Auburn has not lost a game this season. Auburn lost two players in the first round of the NBA draft but like all good teams, they were able to reload with some talented freshmen, but also have experienced players returning. Auburn is putting up 74.5 points a game and giving up 58.0 points. The Bradly Braves return three of their leading scorers from last season but are dealing with injuries early in the season. MVC All-First team selection Rienk Mast is out for a few weeks, leading scorer Ja'Shon Henry did not travel with the team to Cancun after suffering a concussion, and Zek Montgomery broke his shooting wrist in the win over Eastern Michigan. Bradley is putting up 79.3 points and giving up 66.0 points. This could be a different game if Bradley was fully healthy. Without three of their top five scorers, their task gets a lot tougher. For one thing, their depth will get a severe test in this one. With all of Bradley's injuries, they will not have the offensive output to hang with Auburn. Auburn should be able to get out quickly and pull away for an easy win and cover.
