NFL THANKSGIVING TRIPLE PLAY
(NFL) NY Giants vs. Dallas,
Total: 45.50 | -101.00 Under
Result: Loss
In an NFC East showdown, the New York Giants take on the Dallas Cowboys. The Giants are  7-3 but they have lost two of their last three games. Dallas is also 7-3, and they have won their last three of four games. The Giants could only score 18 points against a bad Detroit defense and now must go against a Dallas defense when on is one of the better defenses in the league. NY is the 12th worst in the NFL in points at 20.5 points a game. On the defensive side, they are allowing 20.4 points a game. The Cowboy's offense put up 40 last week against Minnesota. The Dallas defense is giving up 16.7 points a game. I am looking for a closer game than the Cowboy's game against the Vikings. Both teams have been playing well on the defensive side. If the Giants run the ball as well more time will go off the clock and there will be fewer opportunities to score. I also expect the Cowboys to use Pollard and Elliot to control the game on the ground. The Cowboys have gone under in six of their last seven home games. The New York Giants have gone under in eight of their last nine games played in November, seven consecutive games on week 12.  This game has playoff implications and coming on a short week I expect this to be a defensive struggle.
