Im on the Diamondbacks Moneyline at home vs the Mariners for these reasons:

- Brandon Pfaadt is 4-2 at home with a better ERA and batting average allowed in Arizona than away (4.15 and .277). They aren’t great numbers, but they’re good enough to bet on against a poor hitting Mariners team that bats .179 against him and they bat terrible this season overall. I’ve got a side bet in on Pfaadt to last longer than 6 innings here, getting atleast 16 outs vs Seattle.

- Brian Woo is tough to go against, I get it, but hear me out. Woo has only 1 strikeout vs the Diamondbacks batting rotation in the last 20 at bats vs the team. They get contact on Woo, even if they tend to get put out by the outfield. At home the diamondbacks are a better batting unit, and Woo could be in danger. He’s worse against Lefties, and the diamondbacks have dangerous southpaw hitters, which could be why he hasn’t been as elite as he is when it comes to strikeouts vs them. He’s also worse away than he is at home (3.45 ERA, 3-2 record).
