Sam Houston State had a rough first year at the FBS Level, but they are looking fine this year so far. They are off to a 4-1 start and three of their four wins have been by at least 18 points. UTEP is off to another bad start as they are 0-4 on the year and have been outscored by 20.3 PPG in their three games against FBS foes. Oh and one of their four losses was to an FCS opponent. The Bearkats have 10 starters back on offense and the Miners have just four back on defense. This one could get ugly in a hurry.
