Stephen Nover's 10-1 MLB Friday Bookie Basher
(MLB) NY Yankees vs. St. Louis,
Money Line: -102.00 NY Yankees (Away)
Result: Push
The buy sign is on Luis Severino after his last start. It's not difficult fading the Cardinals either.

St. Louis could be the most disappointing team in baseball given its talent level. The Cardinals are 33-47. They have lost eight of their last 10 home games.

Severino was an excellent pitcher until sustaining injuries. But he looks back now after throwing six scoreless innings in the Yankees' 1-0 victory against the Rangers this past Saturday. The Rangers were not a slouch opponent either for Severino, ranking first in runs and batting average.

The Yankees have their bats going, scoring 21 runs the last two games. They face rookie lefty Mattew Liberatore, who has a 5.60 ERA and only quality outing in six starts since coming up from the minors.

The Yankees are 5-1 in their last six games against a southpaw starter.
