The Lightning entered All-Streak break on a 3-game win streak. They had that streak end very rudely falling, 7-1, to the Panthers on the road Monday night.

Now Tampa Bay returns home where it has won 51 of the past 68 times to face San Jose, who is 16-39 in its last 55 road contests.

I see this as a kill spot for the Lightning following their embarrassing loss. It helps that they got the rust off by playing on Monday. San Jose hasn't played since Jan. 28.

The Sharks have dropped 15 of their last 20 games. They are giving up an average of 4.3 goals during their last nine games.

Tampa Bay is 6-0 the past six times playing the Sharks.
