Today I am taking Michigan State as 11 point road underdogs against Penn State. This Penn State team is not a true top 10 team in my opinion. They had a very weak schedule with only 1 true big win. Michigan State played Michigan and Ohio State tough and there's no reason to believe they can't stay within 10 points of the Nittany Lions. I wouldn't even be surprised if they won outright. Take MSU!
