Tonight I am taking the Iowa Hawkeyes as double digit home underdogs against Penn State. Iowa is ready to prove tonight that they are one of the big dogs in the Big Ten as well. Since throwing an interception on the Hawkeyes' second drive of the season, Nathan Stanley has thrown 10 TDs without a pick. I'm not sure that Iowa is going to be able to get the outright victory but they should be a handful for Penn State. Take the points as Iowa gets the ATS win!
