10* College Football Game of the Month
(NCAAF) Nebraska vs. Northwestern, 11/07/2020 12:00 PM, Score: 13 - 21
Point Spread: 4.00 | -113.00 Nebraska (Away)
Result: Loss
Nebraska has the rest advantage and a very good team on both sides of the ball but play Ohio St so far.
NW played an awful Maryland team and got lucky last week with a come from behind win.
Scott Frost will have his Cornhuskers ready for this one.

The team is certainly rested – and salty – after not being able to play Wisconsin last week. The Huskers weren’t all that bad in the blowout loss to Ohio State – relatively speaking. They lost but they were active, the defense was popping, and the running game was working for 210 yards until turnovers and meltdowns hit.

Northwestern might be playing well so far, but the offense that ripped up Maryland sputtered against Iowa. This isn’t a high-powered Wildcat team, and despite the 43-point day against the Terps, it’s not going to be interested in a shootout.

Nebraska needs to go on a quick early scoring drive like it did to start the Ohio State game. Look for a big game for Adrian Martinez as I expect Nebraska to win this game outright on Saturday afternoon.
