The Golden Gophers have shot below 30 percent from deep in nine of their past 11 games, plus they're 0-7 SU (1-6 ATS) in true road games.


Its difficult to trust the Golden Gophers either straight up or against the spread on the road as they continue to have extreme home and away splits even in the era of no fans. With one of its best players in Robbins also hobbled, this looks like a difficult matchup for the Golden Gophers to keep within five points.

Barring a very quick recovery from how he looked on Sunday with the sprained ankle, Robbins will be a huge loss for the Golden Gophers as their best rebounder and shot blocker, in addition to his ability to stretch the floor at 7-0.

The Hoosiers offense has at least approved to above average efficiency in the Big Ten after a rough start, and should have an advantage at the perimeter as the far better three-point shooting team. This would be a tricky matchup for Minnesota as is, and given its road woes Indiana looks like a strong bet here.


While Minnesota lost by 13 at Maryland on Sunday night, Indiana has been off since losing at Ohio State on Saturday. The Hoosiers are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 following a loss and we like INDIANA here at home.
