The Capitals and the Canucks will be meeting up for the first time since Nov. 23rd, 2019, when Vancouver snatched a 2-1 shootout victory in Washington.


Vancouver went on a 7-game win streak after firing their coach and we still have some value fading them now as they are back to normal, playing terrible hockey. In their last 4 games they beat only Seattle and lost by a combined 15-6 in the other four games. The Canucks now playing their eight straight road game and 3rd in 4 days plus add in that this game in at 2 PM ET. Washington comes into this game off a 2-0 win which snapped a 4-game losing streak and I expect them to win again here this afternoon. The Caps won on the road yesterday and their last game at home was also a 7-3 loss so they will be motivated to come out strong early here.
