Super Early *AL WEST ANNIHILATOR* Mariners/Astros
(MLB) Seattle vs. Houston,
Money Line: -113.00 Seattle (Away)

Rating: 8*
The Seattle Mariners and the Houston Astros have split the first two games of this series between to American League West rivals at Minute Maid Park. Both teams try to run down either Baltimore or Detroit for the final AL wild-card spot, and I like the Mariners in the series finale Wednesday afternoon.
Houston's Doug Fister (12-12, 4.42 ERA) has really struggled down the stretch. The Astros have lost each of his last six starts and the 32 year old is 0-4 with a 9.35 ERA in those games. He's posted a 4.64 ERA in seven career starts against the Mariners who turn to James Paxton (5-7, 3.72 ERA). The left-hander has posted a 2.25 ERA while giving up just 14 hits in 20 frames over his last three turns.
The Mariners are a fabulous 9-2 in their last 11 road games despite last night's 8-4 setback. They're 6-0 in their last six during Game 3 of a series and looking good to bounce back with a win today.
