The San Jose Sharks snapped a four-game skid with a 3-1 triumph at Columbus Friday night. I like their chances of riding that momentum to another victory when they visit the Carolina Hurricanes Sunday afternoon. The Canes are in pretty much the opposite situation as they saw a three-game winning streak come to an end with a 4-1 loss to Detroit on Friday. This will be their third game in four nights, and we can note that the Hurricanes are 0-5 in their last five in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation and just 1-7 in their last eight vs. a team with a winning record.
