The San Francisco 49ers are back on track again, coming off back-to-back wins after losing three in a row. The 49ers are 20-6 ATS in their last 26 vs. NFC teams and while they didn't cover the spread in last week's 27-14 win over Tampa Bay, note that they are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 games following an ATS loss.

The Seahawks have been inconsistent lately, and in a tough spot here playing on short rest with a banged up quarterback that could've done with a couple of extra days to heal up. Their run game is among the worst in the NFL, so with Smith not at 100% I don't see how they're going to move the ball against this elite Niners defense.
