Schule's NHL Total Recall TERMINATOR - *SALVATION*
(NHL) Calgary vs. Winnipeg, 10/19/2014 3:00 PM, Score: 4 - 1
Total: 5.50 | 105.00 Over
Result: Win
This is a 10* play on CGY@WIN to go UNDER the total.

The Jets are hoping to break a three game losing streak as they host the Flames in Manitoba. Calgary is 3-2 on the road so far and they will conclude a six game road trip tonight. I think this is a good spot to play the under with two of the least talented teams in the league facing off.

Not only have the Jets lost three in a row, they've only managed to average one goal per game during that span. You gotta feel for Ondrej Pavelec, with the 27 year old Czech showing improvement this season posting a 2.22 GAA over his four games without being rewarded the results he's deserved. Jonas Hiller on the other hand stopped 49 shots, stealing a 2-1 victory on the road at Chicago in his last start.

Winnipeg has yet to score a power play goal, but have on the other hand not conceded any goals being a man down either. The Flames have been cold in power play situations as well, scoring on only 15% of their opportunities.

The Flames are a notorious under team, finishing the 2013-2014 season ranked 23rd with their 2.46 goals per game. The departure of Mike Cammaleri during the summer will not help their goal production, evidenced by the under going 3-0-1 in their last four games.

Take UNDER.

Jesse Schule
