Schule's MLB MERCHANT of DEATH - Do Or Die Game 7
(MLB) San Francisco vs. Kansas City, 10/29/2014 4:07 PM, Score: 3 - 2
Point Spread: 1.50 | -180.00 San Francisco (Away)
Result: Win
This is a 7* play on the San Francisco Giants RL.

San Francisco's Madison Bumgarner has a career record of 4-0 with an 0.25 ERA in the World Series, but Bruce Bochy has already said he plans to start Tim Hudson in Game 7.

Tim Hudson was the starter in Game 3, and the Giants lost that game by a score of 3-2. This will be his fourth start of the post-season, and his second on the road. He allowed just one run on seven hits, fanning eight over 7 1/3 innings in Game 2 of the NLDS in Washington. Still you have to wonder if a 25 year old Bumgarner on two days rest might be a better option that a 39 year old Tim Hudson.

Jeremy Guthrie was opposite Hudson in Game 3, and he'll start for the Royals tonight. Guthrie doesn't log a lot of innings, and he's by no means dominant. He's done well so far in these playoffs, but he was just 6-6 with a 4.25 ERA in 16 home starts during the regular season.

The Royals bullpen has lost it's air of invincibility, and that's one more reason why I like the Giants in Game 7.

Take SF.
