The Warriors will open the season on the road, but they don't have to go very far as they take on the Kings in Sacramento. The visitors swept the season series last year, winning all four games and going 2-1-1 ATS. They are only asked to cover four points tonight, and that's a lower number than in any of last year's meetings.

Steve Kerr takes over for Mark Jackson on the bench, and he had the team playing well this pre-season, finishing with a 6-2 record. Three of those wins came on the road, and each of those games were decided by double digits. The Warriors +11 point differential this pre-season was the highest in the league by a country mile.

Andrew Bogut is back for Golden State, and he played 32 minutes scoring 12 points on 6-of-6 shooting with eight boards in a win over Denver in the Warriors pre-season finale Friday.

The Kings finished near the bottom of the Western Conference last year, with a home record of 17-24. They made a few changes in the off-season, but nothing significant enough to expect a major improvement. I don't like Sacramento's chances against one of the top teams in the league in their season opener.
