The Coach's Center Ice Report - 10:00 PM Start +$11,585 NHL YTD
(NHL) Ottawa vs. Vancouver, 11/11/2014 5:00 PM, Score: 3 - 4
Money Line: -146.00 Vancouver (Home)
Result: Win
The Ottawa Senators will be looking to avoid a third consecutive loss as they open an all Canadian road trip in B.C tonight. That might be easier said than done against a Vancouver Canucks team that have won seven of their last nine, and I think the home team will come out as winners of this contest as well.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Vancouver's Surging Offense - Vancouver is tied with the Lightning for most wins, much thanks to a great offense that ranks among the top in the league. The Sedins are pulling the strings with Daniel on 11 assists and Henrik with 10. Expect the Senators goalie to be tested tonight as the Canucks fired 35 shots against the Ducks their last game, and that's the average amount of shots Ottawa's been giving up per game so far this season.

2. Road Woes - The Senators have dropped two of their last three on the road and picked up only 15 wins on the road over the whole last season. They have only won one of the last six meetings in Vancouver.

3. X-factor - The Nucks are hoping to re-unite Radim Vrbata with the Sedin twins in the first-line tonight after the veteran sat out Sunday's 2-1 win against the Ducks.

Selection: This is a play on the Vancouver Canucks (8*)
