I usually avoid totals this high, but I expect more than 11 runs in this matchup. The Yankees are averaging 5.1 runs per game on the road, while the Athletics, though not prolific offensively, still average 4.1 runs per game at home. I particularly like Oakland’s matchup against Will Warren, who has struggled with a 7.07 ERA on the road and is allowing opponents to hit .322 against him in those games. The A’s will start Osvaldo Bido, who has a 6.32 ERA in three starts (including one strong outing against the White Sox). With the A’s bullpen also struggling lately, I like the over.
