(NFL) Kansas City vs. Arizona,
Point Spread: -2.50 | -112.00 Arizona (Home)
Result: Loss
KC has a lot of injuries and head coach Andy Reid generally does not take chances in preseason. Jeremy Maclin and Albert Wilson, both starting WR for Chiefs are questionable, though Maclin said he hopes to pay. This could KC very young and thin at that position.

Linebacker is the position where they are most banged up. Former first-round pick Dee Ford is still out from a concussion, Josh Mauga left practice Wednesday with a bum heel, D.J. Alexander is hobbled by an ankle injury and James-Michael Johnson has a calf injury. Kansas City offensive line remains in flux at center, right guard and right tackle. That means rookies Ramik Wilson and Justin March could get considerable time.

Returning from an injury, Arizona QB Carson Palmer will play one series. Backup QB Logan Thomas will get a lot of playing time. This is where he has to make a push to convince the Cardinals he will fit. He is young, hungry and talented. The perfect preseason QB.

Cardinals starting running back Andre Ellington is expected to play after all, though that was very doubtful originally. The Cardinals will be without wide receiver Michael Floyd, who dislocated three fingers in practice this week. Arians coach Bruce Arians said this is the best backup offensive line he has had entering a preseason game. Bradley Sowell is at left tackle, Earl Watford is at right guard, Lyle Sendlein is at center, Ted Larsen is at right guard and D.J. Humphries is the right tackle.
