Tart Heels over Blue Devils- Three weeks ago these two played one of the best games of the year with the Tar Heels dropping a 92-90 overtime contest in a game Duke had no rights winning. The Blue Devils have won 10 straight and locked up the No. 2 seed behind Virginia while North Carolina is tied with Louisville for the 4th spot. It seems a bit strange that Carolina comes up the favorite in Vegas as they are 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight home games but Duke is 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games following a straight up win.
