Shockers over Fighting Irish- I had to do a 'double-take' when I saw the opening line on this contest as I thought clearly that Notre Dame would be the favorite. Then I starting thinking about how easily the Shockers defeated Kansas and the struggle Notre Dame had against Butler in their overtime win. I was also considering the emotional impact of the Wichita State win against their in-state rival while the Fighting Irish have now won seven straight last losing to Syracuse on Feb. 24th. State is a 7 seed while the Irish is a 3 seed and this line just 'doesn't make sense.' What makes dollars and cents to me is that the Shockers win. Take WICHITA STATE!
