Detroit overcame a four run deficit yesterday agains the Twins and are 12-3 against division opponents and have Alfredo Simon (4-0, 1.65 ERA) who is 24-11 with a 2.95 ERA in his career before the All-Star break and is 3-1 in five career appearances against the Royals. Danny Duffy (1-0, 4.15) is 1-6 in nine career starts against Detroit and yet is favored here. Take KANSAS CITY!
