These teams are very evenly matched. Both their offensive and defensive numbers are very close.
This was very evident over the first two games in Washington, both of which were decided in overtime.
It wouldn't be too difficult to write a convincing argument for either side to win, but the Capitals at this price offer great value in my opinion, because of how "even" these sides really are.
Also note that Washington is 7-2 in its last nine in trying to revenge an OT home los vs. an opponent.
