This is a 10* ACC GAME OF THE YEAR on Clemson.
I like the way this one sets up for 3-2 Clemson, which is 0-5 ATS so far.
Syracuse is 3-3 SU and 5-1 ATS. It's won four straight ATS, but I say that streak comes to an end here today.
Last year the Tigers rolled to a 47-21 win at home over the Orange, and I'm expecting a similar final lop-sided destruction this season as well.
Dating to last season the Tigers have won eight of their last ten road games SU. D.J. Uiagalelei has 793 passing yards, three TD's and three INT's so far, while the ground game is averaging a healthy 150 yards per contest.
The Tigers have also been fantastic defensively this season, allowing just 19.5 points and 305.1 yards per game.
The Orange have split their last four home games. QB Garrett Shrader is completing 57.5 percent of his passes for 627 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions.
Syracuse's offense revolves around the run game though, a unit which averages 215.3 YPG so far. The Orange have also been stout defensively to this point in conceding just 16.7 PPG.
Clemson has had an extra week off to prepare for this important game, the break could not have come at a better time. Note that the Tigers are 14-5 ATS in their last 19 on the road as well.
Syracuse is overmatched here and I expect it to stumble down the stretch.
