Portland finished last season losing 21 of their last 23 games. Now they are healthy and playing great ball. Having Nurkic back in the mix is a boost for Portland while Simons and Grant provide other scoring options for the Trail Blazers.

They lost both games at LA last year by a combined 38 pts so I expect them to be fired up and try to remain undefeated.
The Lakers have been awful in their first two games on the offensive end of the floor. The combination of Nunn, Westbrook and Beverley finished a combined one for 25 from the floor in the loss to the Clippers Thursday night. We’re still seeing Los Angeles having to rely too much on James and Davis, which was problematic last season. Take Portland on Sunday as a small dog.
