Xavier has done a nice job to get this far, but they haven’t really played anybody close to Texas. Pitt was a First Four team playing their third game in five days. Xavier took advantage. The Horns are on a mission to go far and give interim coach Rodney Terry a full-time job. There’s no reason he shouldn’t be the head coach by now, but they’ll use that as motivation. Not to mention that this is a very good team that has held their last six opponents to an average of 58 points per game.
