Arizona Cardinals -105
(NFL) Arizona vs. Carolina,
Money Line: -105.00 Arizona (Away)
Result: Win
Arizona is fortunate to be 1-2 on the season as they rallied from a 20-0 halftime deficit to beat the Raiders in week two. The Cardinals battled with the Rams after their slow start and controlled the clock by moving the chains in the second half. They ran 72 plays on their last five drives but only ended up with four field goals and a turnover on downs in those possessions, which proved costly in a 20-12 defeat. Arizona gets a crack at a Carolina team that got in the win column last week by knocking off a stumbling, self-destructing New Orleans team. Christian McCaffrey hasn't practiced all week with a quad injury and is a game-time decision here. Matt Rhule is 3-10 ATS as a favorite in his NFL coaching career, including losing each of his last seven. Kliff Kingsbury is 19-9-2 ATS as an underdog and went 6-0 straight up and ATS in these situations last season. The Cardinals have a blitz-happy defense and Baker Mayfield has sputtered against pressure this season, it all adds up to be a nice win for the visitors here.
