Winnipeg Jets -1.5 (+136)
(NHL) Jets (WPG) vs. Blackhawks (CHI),
Point Spread: -1.50 | 136.00 Jets (WPG) (Away)
Result: Win
Both teams have struggled of late with the Jets winning just twice in their last seven games while the Blackhawks have won just twice in their last nine games. With that said, Winnipeg is a dangerous offensive team and they aren’t a team that is going to be held in check for extended periods. Chicago has had mediocre goaltending this season and their offensive firepower hasn’t clicked as hoped. Connor Bedard has had a tough sophomore season, which was surprising since they added veteran players like Tyler Bertuzzi into the mix this season. The Blackhawks fired Luke Richardson this week but the coach wasn’t the problem. It’s more a talent, or lack thereof, problem for the hosts. As a result, take the Jets as they roll to a win here.
