The Alabama Crimson Tide have gone through the season unscathed and come into the SEC Championship game at 10-0 and ranked No.1 in the playoffs rankings. The Crimson Tide has won six straight non-home games. The offense is led by Mac Jones with 3,321 passing yards, to go with 27 touchdowns and three interceptions. Jones has thrown nine touchdown passes in his last three games. His main targets are DeVonta Smith and John Metchie III, who have combined to catch passes for 2,047 yards and 21 touchdowns. On the defensive side, they are giving up 16.8 points and 340.1 yards a game.

The Florida Gators are coming off a terrible loss to LSU. The Gators have won three straight non-home games. The offense is led by Kyle Trask with 3,717 passing yards, to go with 40 touchdowns and five interceptions. Trask has three or more touchdown passes in 10 of his last 12 games. His favorite targets are Kadarius Toney and Kyle Pitts, who have combined for 1,472 yards and 20 touchdowns. As a team, the Gators rush for 127.1 yards a game with Dameon Pierce leading the way with 441 yards and three touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, They are giving up 26.3 points and 384.7 yards a game.

Florida’s pass defense has struggled all season, and last week they were able to make LSU's quarterback look good last week. Smith and John Metchie III will have a field day against this defense. Bama also has an offensive line that will neutralize the Gator's front four. The Florida offense is a bit too one-dimensional. They haven’t been able to run the ball consistently all season, which spells trouble against this Bama defense. With no discernable rushing attack, the defense will be able to dial up the pressure on Trask. Alabama is 8-2 against the spread. The Florida Gators just lost at home to LSU as 24-point favorites and likely crushed their playoff hopes. I am laying the points with Bama. ROLL DAM TIDE!

Play on Alabama. This is an 8* play.
