Both teams have struggled in the conference so far. Maryland has won just one of its first four conference contests while Indiana is fresh off its first Big Ten win in three games.

The offense is led by Trayce Jackson-Davis with 20.1 points a game, to go with 8.3 rebounds.

Maryland is coming off an 84-73 loss to Michigan in their last outing. The Terrapins were led by Donta Scott with 19 points and Eric Ayala added 16 points in the loss. Darryl Morsell missed the Michigan game and will miss this game after getting surgery to repair a bone in his face. As a team, Maryland is putting up 74.4 points a game and they are giving up 67 points. The offense is led by Eric Ayala with 14.8 points a game.

The Terrapins have struggled on the defensive end, especially in conference play, as they are allowing opponents to shoot 40.7 percent from beyond the arc. Maryland will be without Morsell, who has been a solid contributor on both ends of the court.
