THE PROF'S TUESDAY NIGHT MLB BLOOD-BATH
(MLB) Houston vs. Boston,
Money Line: -125.00 Boston (Home)
Result: Loss
The Houston Astros take on the Boston Red Sox in Game 4 of the ALCS. The Astros will look to even the series at two games apiece. The Houston Astros have scored 13 in his series but thier pitching has been below average. Zack Greinke will make the start for the Astros in game four. During the regular season, he posted an 11-6 record with a 4.16 ERA and 120 strikeouts. In his post-season career, he is 4-6 with a 4.18 ERA and 97 strikeouts. The Boston Red Sox have been red hot at the plate having scored 25 runs so far this season. The Red Sox will turn to Nick Pivetta on the mound. e posted a 9-8 record this season, with a 4.53 ERA and 175 strikeouts. In his postseason career, he is 1-0 with a 3.12 ERA and 11 strikeouts.

Zack Greinke did not pitch well to close out the season post a 0-1 record in three appearances with an underwhelming 11.12 ERA. He will be facing a Boston team that is raking at the plate. They are the first team in MLB history to hit three Grand Slams in a postseason. McCuller's injury has proven to be problematic for the Astros pitching staff and nobody has stepped up to fill the gap. The Astros need a big day from the veteran Greinke and I just don't think they will get it.

Play on Boston.
