Garrett Greene returns under center for the Mountaineers. Greene threw for 2,406 yards, with 16 TDs and four interceptions. On the defensive end, the allowed 384.3 total yards per game and 27.5 points per game last season. Penn State won last year's matchup 38-15 at home. Greene struggled throwing the ball last season against Penn State and will struggle in this game. Allar picked apart the Mountaineers' defense, throwing for 325 yards and three touchdowns. Penn State is balanced on both sides of the ball and that will carry them to a rode win on the road.
