Big names are out for the 49ers defense, which is going to extend the playbook options for a Falcons team that normally relies on the run and under utilizes the star talent they drafted. The falcons have one of the worst defenses in the NFL and the Injuries to the 49ers defensive talent, it's likely this is anyone's game and if the Falcons score 2 touchdowns (they've averaged 2 at home so far) then this total is bound to hit. I expect the Falcons to play this like they did in the Browns game by stopping the run and forcing Jimmy G into mistakes through the air, which is how they kept the game close vs a run-first defense like 49ers. Jimmy G is better than Jacoby Brissett, and has better weapons at his disposal so he should embrace the opportunity to use his arm and win the game while the defense gets healthier. Deebo Samuel had a mediocre game last week and is due for a big explosion that I feel he wont have a problem doing with the lack of defense that ATL offers through the air and the ground.
