I'll take Rangers Suarez over Ryan Weathers in the second match of the double header. Suarez hasn't won a home start yet, but he's consistently striking out batters at a more efficient rate than Weathers who has struggled to stay in the mound for 2+ innings in his last 2 starts as well as allowing too many runs off the minimum amount of hits given in his last 5. I think Phillies get to Weathers earlier than Padres bats get to Suarez and he earns his first home win of the season as the starter.
