I like Tanner Bibee in this match-up who's 6-2 this season and has done well to limit runs in his last 3 features on the mound (3 runs off 11 hits and 18 strikeouts) and is 2-1 on the road. Dylan Cease is on the mound for Chicago and he's been doing well too in his last games featured (23 strikeouts, 17 hits, 7 runs allowed). The Gaurdians are the better batting team, so with Dylan Cease being the more hittable pitcher, it's safer to put our money on Cleveland tonight. I like the under too with the way these two pitchers have played, but with Dylan Cease you never know, so I can't make that my official Play.
