2 of the lowest scoring teams in the EPL face off in what should be a low scoring game. Both only have 5 goals this season, and even though Fulham have given up 10 goals so far, they have only given up more than 1 goal at home 1 time out of the 2 games they've played at home. Chelsea was shut out of their own first Away game vs Bournemouth who got slaughtered over the weekend by Arsenal. There's reasons why this Chelsea team are bottom of the standings to start the season, underwhelming offense and conservative defense isn't going to help win games, and with the talent they have its really hard to understand why this is happening to them, but I can't bet them to win a road game with their level of play right now.
