Marshall are on a 2 game skid after losing to NC State and Georgia State #2 in the conference. It was almost a three games skid, but they pulled out the narrow victory vs Old Dominion before they lost two in a row. Marshall just haven't shown much "Blowout Ability" and haven't been dominant in the majority of the games they should've been, and that gives me great cause for pause vs a James Madison team who has been killing teams, and only winning by less than a TD to Virginia and Troy this season. Troy's defense is LEAGUES better than Marshall, so James Madison should be able to have their way offensively as they are very aggressive moving the ball up the field with Jordan McCloud throwing for 3 Touchdowns each of his last 3 starts. The conference is tight in the standings, so we are lucky that this line isn't out of hand given the record and recent look of both teams. Take the points with JMU as Marshall has not shown the ability to stop anyone this season defensively and though JMU have only shown 2 really solid defensive games, they've also thrived in a shootout territories too.
