Two powerhouses facing off in Ohio. Elite defenses playing to contain each other's potent offenses, and I think the defenses succeed overall in this game where I expect alot of punts and chessboard decision-making as the clock ticks down. I don't think these teams want to throw the ball a ton with both QBs still new to the scene of their schools and how well each has done against big plays downfield and in the red zone. Ohio State had a 17-14 win over a lesser but very good Notre Dame defense and this could resemble that game in terms of Penn State holding the Ohio State Offense to under 24 points and forcing this to be a physical game where the runningbacks will need to take pressure off the QBs to avoid having to press the ball through the air. I'm on the Under and that brings me to Penn State having to be side bet +4.5 because a low scoring game should include the Nittany Lions sticking around and making this a thriller.
