I'm smart enough to fade a bad team like the Panthers, but also smart enough to fade the Falcons Against the spread on the road (1-3 as road favorites, 2-3 road record). Positive note for thr Falcons, is that Desmond Ridder has been playing much better and have won or lost within 6 points in 7 of the last 10 games played, so they are a team that will fight for our money and not get blown out. Bryce Young has looked awful along with this entire offense, scoring more than 13 only twice in the last 7 games. Falcons are a respectable defense and should be even more confident heading into this matchup needing a win to keep hopes alive of stealing the division from Tampa Bay if they were to lose to Green Bay at the same time this game is going on. I won't take the points but I will take the Falcons to win outright. Bijan Robinson and Tyler Algier should carve up this Panthers team allowing 123 yards per game to rushers, but I dont like the matchup in the passing game for Atlanta, as Panthers have been haunting teams in the secondary (top 3 defense against passing yards, top 4 against pass completions). Game should be a close match given the exploitation of weakness on both sides, but I'll take the better team with more to play for.
