MLB - Royals @ A's
(MLB) Kansas City vs. Oakland,
Money Line: -142.00 Kansas City (Away)
Result: Win
Money Line: -142.00 Kansas City (Away)
Result: Win
I'm on the Royals Moneyline vs the Oakland As tonight, for these reasons:
- Best pitcher on the mound is Seth Lugo for the Royals. He's 10-2, with a 2.40 era, and 1.05 WHIP. I can't see him not having a good game tonight vs Oakland to avoid a series sweep. He's 7-0 on the road this season, and vs better teams than the As who I will say are hot right now at the plate in this matchup
- As Pitcher Mitch Spence has been serviceable to Oakland, with a 4-3 record, but he's 2-2 in his home splits and 4.18 ERA in Oakland. 43 strikeouts in 57 innings isn't terrible, but 34 hits 32 innings pitched at home.... isn't something we should ignore. I expect the Royals to have more success at the plate than they have had all series vs Oakland.
- Ragans did a good job holding the As in his first few innings last game, but the Royals couldn't get to Medina. They should be able to get to Mitch, easier.
Official Play: Royals Moneyline
Side Bet: Mitch Spence over 5.5 hits allowed
Hail Mary: Royals Runline
