- Columbus Crews offense is far beyond the level of Charlotte's, who have scored 10 less goals this season. Charlotte did surprisingly win vs Cincinnati 3-1 on the road last game played, but this is a let down spot vs Columbus Crew who are a much better defense, allowing 10 less goals this season than Cincinnati.

- Columbus Crew are 6 points behind Cincinnati to lead the conference and this win will be important to their hopes of being the top of the standings, especially with #2 Inter miami having to play a tough Toronto team today.
