I’m on the Kings -5 at home vs the Magic for these reasons:

- Kings traded away D’Aaron Fox but got Zach Lavine in the process, which to me is a more explosive asset and veteran leadership to what this Kings team needed. Demar and Zach already have experienced playing together in Chicago, so a reunited pair of players is going to have quick chemistry rebuilt and it will show tonight.

- Magic are still a poor shooting team from distance. I don’t see them being able to keep up in volume scoring once the Kings get into stride. Sacramento are shooting 47% from the field this season, and getting Zach Lavine (who shoots 51% from the field this season over D’Aaron Fox shooting 46%) is only going to make this Kings team more efficient. The Bench roster is much better than Orlando’s too, so once the starters leave the court, we can count on the second unit to do their jobs and keep the lead.

- Matchups favor Sacramento Defensively. Sabonis vs Wendell Carter, Paolo Banchero vs Demar DeRozen, Suggs vs Zach Lavine…. All signs point to Kings winning this game with ease.
