🏈 5⭐️ British Columbia at Edmonton
(CFL) BC vs. Edmonton,
Point Spread: -8.00 | -108.00 BC (Away)
Result: Win
This is my favorite play of the week and my first CFL 5⭐️ play of the season. BC comes into this game off a 19-9 win against Saskatchewan last week and are 5-1 on the season. Starting QB Vernon Adams Jr. was hurt in the first quarter but its not serious and he may return for this game. If he is out then the Lions will turn to Dane Evans who led the Lions to their 19-9 win last week.

Edmonton can make history in this game with the most consecutive home losses in North American sports history. Edmonton has lost 20 straight home games going back to 2019. Edmonton is 0-7 on the season. Edmonton has lost by 12+ in 4 of their 7 losses with only two games against Saskatchewan and one against Hamilton where they did not lose by double digits.

BC defeated Edmonton 22-0 in BC in week 2. BC is averaging 25.83 points per game and are allowing 15.67 per game. Edmonton is averaging 15 points per game and are allowing 26.43 points per game.

Edmonton may get some field goals and maybe one touchdown at the most but BC has the best defense in the CFL and have won all 5 of their games by at least 10 points. BC has won their last 5 meetings against Edmonton winning all 5 games by at least 17 points. This spread is just too low.
