BC finished last season 12-6 and I have them ranked #2 on my Power Rankings but are very close to #1. BC has the stronger offense with Vernon Adams Jr. at QB and improved at RB adding William Stanback. BC did lose Mathieu Betts to the NFL at defense and receiver Dominique Rhymes to Ottawa but are still loaded with offense.

Toronto finished last season 16-2 however will be without their star QB Chad Kelly for at least 9 games of the season with off field issues. Toronto lost their RB to free agency this season with Ouellette leaving to go to Saskatchewan. Toronto also saw a lot of change on their defense which will take a step back this season.
