He has also been bad on the road this season as he has allowed at least 3 earned runs in each of his last 4 road starts, allowing at least 6 earned runs in 2 of his last 3 on the road. Chase Silseth is starting for the Angels here and he is 3-1 with a 3.99 ERA this season. He has not made many starts this season as he has mainly been pitching out of the bullpen but he has started in his last 2 appearances and pitched very well as he allowed just 1 earned run in each, pitching at least 5 innings in each as well. He also pitched on the road against the best offense in the league in his last start as he allowed just 1 earned run against the Braves and he is going to continue pitching well here at home against a much weaker Mariners offense.
