The Vikings are coming into this game with a 3-4 record as they have been clawing their way back to .500 playing much better in their recent games. They have won their last 2 straight as well as 3 of their last 4 games and they are coming off of a big win at home on Monday night against the 49ers. The Vikings have been winning more games recently but their offense still has not been great as they have only scored 22 points or less in each of their last 4 games. Their defense has also been better in those games as they have allowed 17 points or less in 3 of their last 4 games, but 2 of those games that they allowed under 17 points and scored 22 points or less in were also against the Bears and the Panthers who have been 2 of the worst teams in the NFL this season. Now the Vikings are going on the road in a divisional game here and they are going up against a Packers team that they have lost to in their last 2 meetings in Green Bay. The Packers have not been great this season as they are only 2-4 and they have lost their last 3 straight games now after losing on the road to Broncos in their last game which was also their 1st game coming out of their bye week, but they are also going to be hungry to bounce back here at home as their last 2 games have also been on the road. The Vikings still have flaws on defense that the Packers offense will be able to take advantage of and the Packers also have a decent defense that will keep the Vikings from scoring a lot as they have been struggling against worse defenses recently.
