AMEDEUS' MLB DIAMOND DINGER!
(MLB) Milwaukee vs. Cincinnati,
Total: 9.00 | -108.00 Over
Result: Win
The Brewers are coming into this game with a 6-2 record this season as they have been very hot to start the year. They are coming off of a 12-4 win in their last game and they have scored at least 6 runs in 2 of their last 3 games now. They are going up against a Reds team that is 5-4 this season and they have not been in many high scoring games recently, but they did start the season scoring a lot of runs while giving up many as well. They are coming off of a 3-1 loss against the Mets in their last game and will be hungry to bounce back with some offense considering how they beat the Mets 9-6 in the game prior. Aaron Ashby is starting for the Brewers in this game and he did not pitch well in Spring Training. He finished 0-1 with a 9.72 ERA as he allowed 9 earned runs in a little over 8 innings pitched. Now he is making his 1st start of the season but he has not pitched in a regular season game since 2022 as he was out all of last season. Graham Ashcraft is starting for the Reds here and he is 0-1 with a 3.00 ERA this season. He was decent in his 1st start as he allowed 2 earned runs in 6 innings against the Phillies, but he struggled in Spring Training as he finished 1-1 with a 5.52 ERA after allowing 9 earned runs in a little under 15 innings. He did pitch well in his last 2 starts against the Brewers last season as well, but he also had 1 start against them which he allowed 10 earned runs in 4 innings and that game was in this ballpark as well. The Brewers bats are hot right now and they are going to continue scoring runs here as the Reds do not have a great bullpen either, but the Reds also have a very good offense and Ashby is going to be shaky in his 1st start back in over a year. Between these two teams, there will be enough runs in this game to push it over the total.
