AMEDEUS' CFB REDZONE ROUT!
(NCAAF) Hoosiers (IU) vs. Spartans (MSU),
Point Spread: -7.00 | -125.00 Hoosiers (IU) (Away)
Result: Win
Indiana is coming into this game with an 8-0 record this season and they are 5-0 in the conference. They have won all 8 of their games this season by 14+ points and they have been very good on offense in those, scoring 40+ points in 6 of their last 7 games as well as scoring 30+ points in all 8 games this season. Their defense has also been great as they have allowed 17 points or less in 6 of their 8 games this year, and there has been a real culture change in Indiana since Cignetti came over from James Madison. They are going up against a Michigan State team that is 4-4 this season and they are 2-3 in the conference. They have not played well in their recent games as they have lost 4 of their last 5 games, and their offense has been awful in these as they have scored 17 points or less in 3 of their last 4 games. They have played better at home this season as they have won 3 of their 4 games there, but their only loss came against Ohio State in a 38-7 loss. Indiana has a very good defense this season just like Ohio State and this struggling Michigan State offense will not be scoring many points against them. Michigan State has not had a strong run game or a strong passing game this season, and Indiana is averaging 86.1 rushing yards allowed per game as well as 183.4 passing yards allowed per game. They also have a very strong run game themselves as they are averaging 200.6 rushing yards per game, 5 yards per carry, and that is going to do some damage against this run defense that has not been stout. Kurtis Rourke should also be back for Indiana in this game which is only going to help their passing game more. Indiana will cover the spread in this game.
